Designs By Xavier LLC is a New York City based custom furniture company whose primary concentration is in commercial, hospitality and residential projects. Xavier’s team of artisans, work closely with architects and interior designers to execute innovative and stylish furniture pieces that has been featured in high-end restaurants, retail spaces and hotels worldwide.
Driven by an increased demand for new and unique pieces, the company has moved largely into the creation of project specific furniture designs.
Often working from photographs, sketches or line drawings, the goal of our company is to provide quality products that fully realize the creative intent of each individual project.
In 2024 Designs By Xavier LLC purchased Sandringham Ltd and Barrett Hill which have been established in the furniture industry for the last 40 years. With the stellar reputation and loyal cliental of both these companies Xavier is excited to take over as CEO.
Our studio offers a wide range of a’ la carte service from upholstery, custom furniture, wood restoration, window treatments and decorative pillows.
